Boil the water and simmer for 5 minutes, remove and drain, add oil to the pan and fry until dry. -

Heat oil in a pan, add minced garlic, minced onion, minced carrot, minced meat and tomato sauce. -

Tips
If you don’t like the crunchy texture of Longli fish, don’t use too much cornstarch and remove the excess from the surface!
