3. The oil temperature should not be too hot. If it is too hot, it will not be golden. It's caramel color.
4. The size of the shrimp balls is based on your preference. If your shrimp balls are small, then the shrimp tails must be allocated and used. If your balls are large, the oil temperature must be lowered a little before they can be fried thoroughly.
5. When making shrimp balls, be sure to wet your hands with a small amount of water.Otherwise it will be very sticky.
