Fry the toast over low heat until both sides are slightly brown, and brush the pan with some oil. -

Use a fork to mash the avocado into a puree. -

Mine was not too cooked, so I added yogurt and blended it into a puree with a blender. -

Beat into mud. -

Take out the toast slices. -

Spread the avocado puree on the toast. -

Put in the cooked eggs. -

Spread avocado on another piece, cover it with eggs, cut it diagonally into 2 pieces, and make an X shape. -

Plate it, crispy on the outside and fragrant on the inside????. -

Paired with a cup of fruit yogurt, it is nutritious, healthy and very delicious.
