After thawing the cod, wash it, absorb excess water with kitchen towels, sprinkle with sea salt and cracked black pepper on both sides and marinate for 10 minutes. -

Sprinkle an appropriate amount of corn starch on the surface. -

Heat an iron pan, pour in appropriate amount of oil, add cod, carrots, asparagus and mushrooms. -

Pinch out the carrots after frying, turn over the mushrooms and cod, and also turn over the asparagus. -

Take out of the pot and put on a plate.
Tips
If you use a rail pan, be sure to heat the pan as if you were frying a steak. It is easiest to use a non-stick pan, and the heat should be adjusted appropriately according to the fish being fried.
