Use a spoon to flatten the middle part of the toast. -

Chop the ham sausage into dices. -

Crack the eggs into a bowl, beat and mix well. -

Wash the green onions and chop into small pieces. -

Put the toast in a pan or breakfast machine and fry over low heat for one minute. -

Sprinkle with ham cubes and chopped green onion. -

Pour in egg liquid. -

After the egg liquid has solidified, you can turn the toast over and fry the egg side. If you like your eggs to be tender, you don’t need to turn them over. -

Just fry until you like it. -

Squeeze a little tomato sauce for more flavor.
Tips
1. Don’t remove the edges of the toast, flatten it in the middle and it will be equivalent to a container.
2. One egg is a bit too little. If you like something thicker, you can add one more egg.
3. Fry until you like it.
