Ingredients (4)
- 3 bunches asparagus
- 3 x 115g pkts baby corn
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and pepper, to season
Method
- Step 1 Preheat a barbecue grill or chargrill on high. Place asparagus, and corn in a large bowl.
- Step 2 Drizzle over olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Toss to coat.
- Step 3 Cook on grill, turning occasionally, for 3-4 minutes or until tender crisp.
