Beef tartare with organic vegetables

    After boiling mirin and Japanese soy sauce (Kikoman), add leeks and tuna and soak overnight.

    Crack the eggs, then soak the egg yolks in soy sauce for 4 to 6 hours.

    The egg yolk will naturally coagulate, giving it a creamy taste when mixed with the tartar.

    Chop the beef.

    Put the meat in the refrigerator until later use.

    Before eating, add beef cubes, sesame oil, white sesame seeds, olive oil and Daizang mustard sauce in a mixing bowl and stir well.
