Peel and wash potatoes. -

Cut the washed potatoes into strips with a width and thickness of about 1 cm. Do not make them too thin, otherwise they will taste bad. -

Soak the cut potato strips in cold water for about 10 minutes to soak out the starch on the surface, and then wash them twice. -

Remove the water and drain it, or use kitchen paper to absorb the water. Cover the air fryer with tinfoil. You can also use a baking pan instead of tinfoil, but it is easier to clean with tinfoil. Lay out the tin foil and add the fries. -
