Soak rice and quinoa in water for 2 hours in advance. -

Mix the quinoa and rice and add water into the steamer and steam for about 15 minutes. -

Once the rice is cooked, turn off the heat and set aside. -

Put the quinoa rice in a bowl, add condensed milk, and dried cranberries and mix evenly. -

Take a piece of toast and spread a thick layer of mixed rice on it. -

Cover with another piece of bread and press gently with your hands until the filling is tightly attached to the bread. -
