Tips
1. Don’t overcook the ribeye steak, 6 is best.
2. Fry the steak over high heat. Olive oil is used because it is more heat-resistant and less likely to burn. If you are frying in a regular pan, fry for about 3 minutes on each side. Because the thickness of each steak is different, the frying time can be adjusted appropriately.
