Grilled New Zealand Lamb Chops with Pesto and Herbs

    Remove the lamb chop cover and cut into small pieces.

    Roast with a little olive oil, lemon juice and a splash of red wine, then simmer until the lamb is ready to shred.

    Then grill the lamb chops and let the lamb rest for a while.

    Cut a piece of green yellowPut the oil on top of the lamb chops.

    Place the lamb chops in the oven and bake at 175C for 15 minutes.

    Open the can of white beans.

    Rinse the beans with clean water.

    Cut the lamb sausage into small pieces.

    Put the lamb in the potMeat sausage cooked.

    Add beans, tomatoes, olives and chopped sage and cook until hot (no need to overcook ).

    Green butter.

    Combine all spices, 3 cloves of garlic and butter in a blender and blend until butter is green and smooth.

    Add 3 tablespoons flour and 3 bread crumbs.

    Stir evenly until a paste forms.

    Roll this batter between 2 pieces of 1mm thick baking paper and store in the refrigerator.
