1
A large collection of materials. -
2
Cook the spaghetti until soft. Drain the water and mix with black pepper salt and olive oil to prevent them from sticking together. -
3
Cut the shrimp in half. Thoroughly clean the remaining shrimp threads. Then blanch in boiling water until cooked (30 seconds to 1 minute). -
4
First fry the onions and bacon. -
5
When the onions become soft, add light cream. -
6
Add black pepper and salt. -
7
Add garlic salt and chopped parsley to taste. I think white sauce should have a fresh flavor mixed with herbs. If not, use chicken essence instead. -
8
Add flour and water to adjust the viscosity of the white sauce. The purpose is to allow the white sauce to cover the surface of the pasta instead of seeping into it at the beginning. -
9
Finally add the cooked shrimp meat. -
10
Bring to a boil over low heat. -
11
Pour the white sauce over the pasta. -
12
Spread cheese and bake at 200 degrees for 5 minutes. -
13
Finished and sprinkled with green onions.
Tips
If you don’t add cheese in step 12, it’s also delicious to mix the pasta directly with white sauce. If you don’t put it in the oven, you don’t need to add flour and water to the white sauce to increase the consistency. Just skip step 8.
