Prepare the ingredients. -

Tips
1. Preparation time: 5 minutes, cooking time: 20 minutes.
2. If you can’t buy fresh parsley, you can use dried parsley instead.
3. Wash the shrimps, and then use kitchen paper to absorb the water. This will ensure that the shrimps remain fresh when frying them in the next step.
4. Choose white wine for wine, otherwise the color and aroma will be dull.Not good anymore.
