Ingredients (4)
- 1 bunch fresh mint, leaves picked, finely chopped
- 1 tbsp caster sugar
- 80ml (1/3 cup) boiling water
- 5 tbsp apple cider vinegar
Method
- Step 1 Combine the mint and sugar in a small heatproof bowl. Add the boiling water and stir until the sugar dissolves.
- Step 2 Add the cider vinegar. Season with salt and pepper, and stir to combine. Set aside for 1 hour to develop the flavours.
